Friday-Vineyard Chic
On Friday, we are hosting a rehearsal dinner for all guests. We understand many folks will be traveling, so want everyone to be comfortable.
Appropriate attire could include sundress, skirt, nice slacks, and a button down and or jacket. We request you leave the jeans and athleisure for your non-wedding related outings this weekend.
Saturday- Semi-formal
Saturday is the main event! Dress to impress in something that makes you feel great. We envision nicer dresses and suit and ties.
Dinner will be outside, but the reception is located at the hotel; therefore, it will be easy to run upstairs to grab a jacket, drop off a purse, or change into some more comfortable dancing shoes!
Sunday- Vineyard Chic
Sunday will be a low-key brunch at the venue. Try to make it out of PJ’s and go for a cute and comfortable look!

The ceremony (late afternoon), cocktail hour, and dinner, will all take place outside. Dancing will move indoors in the late evening. The weather in Napa in May has a wide temperature range throughout the day. Definitely be prepared with layers for for cooler temperatures in the evening. The hotel rooms are just a few steps away from the venue, so you will easily be able step away to grab extra sweaters, jackets, etc.
-
This is an adult only occasion. The only children in attendance will be those in the wedding party.
-
We anticipate many people may be renting cars for the weekend. The hotel does have parking available, as well as ample street parking along Main St. in St. Helena.
-
If your partner’s name was included on the save the date or invitation, your partner is included on the guest list. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
-
The hotel and ceremony location are both wheelchair accessible. Please do not hesitate to reach out if we can provide any additional accommodations.
-
Given the structure of our wedding PLEASE let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer join us for the weekend festivities, as a room is reserved for each invitation.
-
The regulations and mandates regarding COVID-19 are ever changing. As of now, there are no vaccine or mask requirements, but we will update here if that happens to change.
